The Story of Offlimits Coffee and Dankville
Collaboration has been a key factor in the growth and success of The Dankville. One of the most significant partnerships has been with my friend, Mayank Gupta. Together, we co-founded Offlimits Coffee, India’s first café dedicated to cannabis enthusiasts. This venture marked a significant milestone in our entrepreneurial journey, combining our passion for Hemp with a love for coffee.
The idea for Offlimits Coffee came from our shared vision of creating a space where like-minded individuals could come together, enjoy a great cup of coffee, and share their love for Hemp. The journey of building Offlimits Coffee with Mayank has been filled with learning and growth. However, it was not without its challenges. I faced financial hardships, going bankrupt twice during the process. These experiences were incredibly tough and tested my resolve. But the setbacks also provided invaluable lessons in perseverance and strategic thinking.
Through these trials, our vision for Offlimits Coffee remained clear. We wanted to create a space that reflected the ethos of The Dankville – promoting a functional stoner lifestyle, fostering community, and advocating for cannabis legalization. The café’s success has been a testament to the power of collaboration and resilience.
