  • Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy:

    We understand that plans may change, and we aim to accommodate our customers to the best of our abilities. However, please note the following guidelines regarding cancellations and rescheduling:

    Cancellation:

    • If a cancellation request is received more than 14 days prior to the scheduled event, a full refund of the booking amount will be issued.
    • Cancellations made between 14 to 10 days before the event will be subject to a 50% refund of the booking amount.
    • No refunds will be provided for cancellations made within 10 days of the event.

    Rescheduling:

    • Customers may request to reschedule their booking within 3 months from the original event date.
    • A rescheduling fee of 3,000 INR will be applicable, which will be deducted from the token money initially paid.
    • The rescheduled date must be confirmed and agreed upon by both parties.

    Process for Cancellation or Rescheduling:

    • All cancellation or rescheduling requests must be communicated through our official communication channels.
    • Requests will be processed within 3 business days of receipt.
    • Refunds, if applicable, will be issued using the same method of payment used for the booking.

    Exceptions:

    • In case of unforeseen circumstances or force majeure events, exceptions to this policy may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

  • WBM Cancellation Policy

In the event of cancellation by the Guest, regardless of the circumstances, the following refund policy shall apply:

  • The Deposit of 10000 Rs INR  is non-refundable and non-transferable.
  • If cancellation occurs 7 days or less before the Retreat’s due arrival date, no refund will be provided.
  • If cancellation occurs more than 10 days before the Retreat’s due arrival date and the Guest’s place can be filled, a refund of 50% of the total payment (excluding the non-refundable Deposit) may be considered at the discretion of the Company.
  • The Company does not offer credit or refunds for Guests arriving late or leaving the Retreat early.
    The Company reserves the right to change the Retreat’s location due to unforeseen issues, such as third-party delays, problems, construction, etc. In such cases, the Company will ensure that the standards are maintained in all partnering villas/resorts.

The Company reserves the right to change or amend this cancellation policy at any time. The most current policy shall always be applicable.

  • Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated based on the delivery location and the weight of the order.
Shipping costs will be clearly displayed during the checkout process.
